LET’S GIVE THE GIFT OF A LIFETIME.
A LIVABLE PLANET.
OUR CHOICE IS THEIR FUTURE.
IMPACT
The ICE Carbon Impact Fund (“ICE Fund”) was formed as a collaborative venture between IsoCarbon Corporation & its anchor shareholder, The Seminole Creek Trust, an irrevocable trust established to benefit Native American federally-recognized tribal nations, their citizens, family interests, and preferred cause groups.
Accordingly, the ICE Fund strives to not only be at the forefront of return-driven impact investment in each of its target sectors but through its unwavering commitment to social equality, to also demonstrate best-in-class, value-aligned investment practices throughout its portfolio.
“What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.”
– Pericles
OUR MEASURE OF SUCCESS
The true measure of our success in this effort can not be weighted in just dollars and cents, but also in our contributions to the quality of our air, water, and soil, progress achieved in the on-going struggle for lasting social equity, and by modeling effective corporate citizenship to others, without exception or compromise.
Impact, to us, means the manifestation of meaningful (material), manageable (sustainable), and measurable (quantifiable) initiatives. Proof positive that we are all, in some small measure, truly better off by committing to these hard-fought efforts as opposed to not. Or in the simplest of words, evidence of a job well done.
COLLABORATE
”When you need to innovate, you need collaboration.”
”Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.”
We are stronger working with like-minded, similar committed groups & individuals to reach our goals.
The ICE Fund not only works with other capital providers, but also with operating companies, industry thought leaders, academic & research organizations, inventors, public advocates, and both established and emerging entrepreneurs to find the most compelling, viable, and ultimately, meritorious avenues for impact.

Michael Williams
Chief Sustainability Officer
“At the ICE Fund, just like the rest of the IsoCarbon family, we believe that we are stronger together.”

EVOLVE
Impact + Collaboration = Change
And Change is the sine qua non of Evolution
We want
To be a catalyst for Evolution. In short, being better than, greater than, safer than, we have ever been before, requires a tireless commitment to change.
We believe
The ICE Fund can be an agent of impactful change by helping to identify new & often disruptive pathways for addressing seemingly intractable structural problems.
We Hope
To give those best situated to foster that meaningful change, the tools to innovate, a voice to be heard, and the unassailable means to succeed.
